Ariana is reportedly set to provide financial support to Dalton, thanks to a prenuptial agreement they had in place before their hush-hush lockdown wedding.
Commenting on the situation, a divorce attorney exclusively told Page Six that their prenuptial agreement likely safeguards all assets and income that either party possessed before entering into the marriage. Given the relatively short duration of their relationship, the division of assets is expected to be quite limited.
Their official date of separation has been recorded as February 20, 2023. This officially marks the end of their journey that began back in 2020 amidst the pandemic.
Ariana and real-estate agent Dalton tied the knot just five months after they announced their engagement. The two wed in an intimate wedding surrounded by less than 20 people, at their home in Montecito, California.
