Arjun Kapoor recently announced on social media that he’s lost his beloved pet dog. Arjun and his sister Anshula Kapoor were extremely close to him and he was a part of their family. Arjun was heartbroken as she shared the news. The actor penned a heartfelt note and shared some pictures with his dog who was named Maximus. Calling him the ‘best boy in the world’, Arjun expressed, “The best boy in the world…My Maximus…The kindest the sweetest the bravest the warmest the bestest…I miss u mera bacha…Our home is never gonna be the same ever now…I hate that u were taken from ansh n me so suddenly I don’t know how to sit at home and not have u around…Death has been cruel to us many times over and this time feels no different…Thank u for all the joy u gave @anshulakapoor & me in the good days and bad…I hope you Fubu Chocolate & Mom watch over us…take care my friend rest well sleep easy my gentle giant u can enjoy all ur treats now…I will see u on the other side my Maxxxxuuu ❤️”

Maximus, a charming bulldog, entered his life, their connection was immediate. The actor often shared glimpses of their playful moments on social media, showcasing their bond. During the lockdown, Arjun shared a video of Maximus dancing while he was cooking. He played his song from ‘Gunday‘, ‘Tune Maari Entriyaan’ while his pet grooved. Arjun captioned the post as, “I’m sure Maximus the real Gunda sang this song in his head cause it’s the first time he’s seen me the Fake Baker attempt anything in the kitchen !!! PS – (his hips really don’t lie)”

In another post, Arjun shared a grumpy picture of Maximus and he wrote, “What’s up human still at home? Want to click me again…. chalo cool I’ll smile this time !!!”

Love for pets!
Arjun’s love for pets didn’t just limit till his own pet. During the Covid outbreak, Arjun had shared a video and gave the message that people shouldn’t abonden their pets during this time. He shared cute pictures of Maximus along with this video.
