The decision to renew One Piece hardly comes as a surprise, given its resounding success, thanks to the show’s dedicated global fanbase.
In a Variety report, Marty Adelstein had previously informed the portal that scripts for a second season were already in the works. The report further claimed that fans could expect the next chapter to unfold “somewhere between a year and 18 months” from now.
